Clients can change their appointment at any time without being charged except up to 24 hours. If a client cancels after 24 hours then the credit/debit card on file will be charged 25% of the canceled service cost.
Clients who "no call no show" will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
If the credit/debit card on file is charged and declines, the client will not be able to re-book until fee is paid for. Fees will be discussed if a clients appointment is canceled because of uncontrollable emergency situations.
No Children or Friends will be allowed into treatment room with client while getting a service done. This is for the safety of the company present, and efficiency of the service.
