Business Policies 

-All Phones must be on silent

-All kids under the age of 15 must have a parent/or guardian present.

-No more than 1 guest is allowed to company you to your appointment 

Late Policy

You have up to 15mins after your scheduled  time to get to your appointment. If you pass the 15min line, your appointment will be canceled and this will be concerned a cancellation under 24hours. Please see 24hour cancellation policy.

Please know that your appointment starts at the scheduled time, so if you arrive late this cuts into your time and your service/treatment will not go pass scheduled end time. This insures that I stay on reschedule and that I'm not late for my other clients.

24 Hour Policy

You are allowed to cancel or change your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled date and time. If you cancel your appointment after 24 hours, a service charge of 25% will be charged to the card on file. If charged, the 25% will be discounted from original price once you reschedule.

Please know that I do understand that things come up out of your control, with that being said I do allowed one forgiveness pass.

If you are unable to inform me and/or cancel your appointment and you "no call no show" a service charge of 50% is charged. This charge will be discounted off original price will you reschedule.

If charged for any of the service policies and the card is declined, you will not be able to reschedule until a deposit of 50% of the service price is placed.
